About me

Hi there! I’m Kelly – a 20 something single girl living in New England. I’ve decided to start a Health and fitness blog after being an avid reader of these blogs. I enjoy reading everything about nutrition, health, and fitness.

I have not always had the most healthy relationship with food. I’ve always loved excericse and working out. I remember being 6 years old and doing Richard Simmons with my Mom and mastering the routines, like only Richard Simmons can. I was always pretty active as a child; involved in sports and other activities. My problem was always food, and portion control. I used food as a reward. I’m slowly changing my habits to become a healthy and happier person. I’ve got a ways to go but I’m looking forward to using this as motivation and to reach out to others who are on a similar journey

I am currently eating a VEGAN diet which I started on January 1, 2013.  So far so good.
